The "Houris" of Judges Guild

From JG014
Q: Are the houris described in Judges Guild products essentially whores, doxies and prostitutes? Is "houri" used euphemistically to refer to ladies of the night?

  1. As an aside, an early White Dwarf included a houri class, a a seductress magic-user (complete with magical lipstick, if I remember correctly).

And here it is, updated to OSRIC by my good friend Dangerous Brian!

Technically, they're closer to courtesans or geisha than whores. Mostly.

  3. I updated it to Basic D&D a while back too and talked about the origin of the name.
